Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched (if applicable).

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally.

International orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
Estimated delivery time for international shipments is generally 5 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Flourishbyserenity is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Responsibility

We ensure that all products are carefully packaged before shipment. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Flourishbyserenity is not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Product Shelf Life

Some of our natural hair care products and supplements have a limited shelf life of approximately 3 months due to their natural composition.

We strongly advise customers to:

Check the expiration date upon receiving the product.
Use the product consistently, preferably daily, to maximize effectiveness within the recommended period.
Store the product according to the provided instructions to preserve quality.

Because of the limited shelf life, we recommend ordering quantities that match your expected usage.
