At Flourishbyserenity, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Only unused and unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

All returns are made at the customer’s own responsibility. This means the customer is responsible for the safe shipment of the return package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund if the return meets our conditions.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive and approve the return.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
